Sipadry-Wheat 30 is a dehydrated organic wheat syrup obtained by the hydrolysis of wheat starch using natural GMO-free enzymes, then dried by atomisation. White powder, with a neutral and light sweet flavour, providing lots of viscosity once diluted.
