PolyViscol K30 is a homopolymer of vinylpyrrolidone, provided in powder form with a molecular viscosity (Mv) of 60,000 and a K Value of 27-32. Known for forming clear aqueous solutions across all concentration levels, this polymer is non-ionic and does not require neutralisation. It’s capable of stabilising suspensions, emulsions, and dispersions, and shows high compatibility with inorganic salts, many resins, and other cosmetic raw ingredients. PolyViscol K30 results in films with a high capacity for water absorption, making it an ideal ingredient in various cosmetic formulations.
