ShellSol TD is an isoparaffin aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent. Isoparaffins are synthetic solvents with a unique combination of narrow boiling range, flash point and evaporation rate. Its synthetic nature means the chemical composition is carefully controlled to affect performance. ShellSol TD's technical properties can also impart low surface tension characteristics and high oxidation stability for paints and coatings applications.
