Maldex G 190 is a grade of maltodextrin, a saccharide polymer consisting of D-glucose units, with a dextrose equivalent (DE) >20. It corresponds to Maltodextrin Ph.Eur/USP-NF. It offers excellent compressability and fluidity while modulating the sweet taste.Maldex G 190 is prepared by the partial hydrolysis of starch and supplied as a free-flowing, non-sweet, odorless, white powder or granules. Maltodextrin is a safe, non-irritant and non-toxic material.
