Actigum Vsx 20 25kg
Thickener and emulsion stabilizer obtained from the combination of 2 polysaccharides: sclerotium gum and xanthan gum, both produced by biotechnology. Slightly anionic because of the xanthan part, therefore can thicken and stabilize water solutions with high content in electrolytes. It has good suspension properties and provides nice sensory benefits to formulations.
