Apricot Kernel Oil is made from pressing the oil-rich kernels of Apricots. It provides moisurising properties for dry, sensitive skin and anti-ageing properties to smooth out blemishes, wrinkles, fine lines, and other evidence of maturing skin. Apricot Kernel Oil contains high levels of phytosterols, tocopherols and b-carotene, as well as vitamin A and E and also known to improve collagen retention. It can be used as a substitute for Almond Oil for those with nut allergies, works to soothe symptoms of cold, cough, and constipation.
